  The West Virginia Chamber of Commerce will hold its annual Environmental Conference on May 22 at the Holiday Inn & Suites, Charleston Conference Center in South Charleston, WV.  The Environmental Conference is the most comprehensive, informative and practical seminar on the significant environmental issues that may effect operations and business activities.  The day-long event is well attended by environmental professionals from almost every segment of the regulated community  The Platinum Sponsor for this year's conference is Steptoe & Johnson PLLC.

This year's presenters will include leading experts in environmental law and regulaton from the private sector as well as top government regulators and program managers.  Participants will learn about the latest federal and state regulatory developments in air, water and waste.  In particular, attendees will hear about the impact of environmental policies on energy production. Registration Fee:

The registration fee for the 2012 conference is $345 per person for Chamber members and $445 per person for non-members. The fee will cover all conference materials, lunch and break refreshments.

Hotel Lodging:

Arrangements for overnight accommodations are the participant's responsibility. A limited number of rooms at the special rate of $94.00 per night has been reserved at the Holiday Inn & Suites at the Charleston Conference Center. Make your reservation by calling Oliver Valleau, Hotel Reservationist, weekdays 9:00 AM-5:00 PM at 304-414-1345. When making your reservation, please refer to group block WCC. This special room rate will be available until May 7, 2012.

Turn left onto Montrose Dr staying to the right 
Take the 2nd Ave ramp off Montrose Dr 
Continue to follow the 2nd Ave ramp which loops under the Montrose Dr exit ramp and merge onto 2nd Ave SW
Follow 2nd Ave SW for 0.2 mi.
400 2nd Avenue Southwest, Charleston will be on the left.

Arriving on I-79 from the north:

Merge onto I-77 S
Take exit 101 on the left for I-64W/US-119 S toward Huntington
Merge onto I-64 W
Take exit 56 for Montrose Drive
Turn right onto Montrose Dr staying to the right 
Take the 2nd Ave ramp off Montrose Dr 
Continue to follow the 2nd Ave ramp which loops under the Montrose Dr exit ramp and merge onto 2nd Ave SW
Follow 2nd Ave SW for 0.2 mi.
400 2nd Avenue Southwest, Charleston will be on the left.
